Jill is South Tampa Law Firm’s strategic Human Resource Partner, responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day H.R. functions of the Firm which include Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compliance, Risk Management, Compensation, and Organizational Development. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting financial data for the Firm and client trust accounts. Also, as Firm Administrator, she assists in client development and manages multiple Firm projects. Jill is always available to help with any questions or concerns that our clients may have, from time to time.
Jill has over 19 years of extensive experience with numerous industries including legal, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and insurance. Jill has a demonstrated ability to strategically align business goals and Human Resources to increase productivity and maintain compliance that result in a positive business impact.
Jill is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Jill received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 2004, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management in 1998. While an undergraduate, she was named outstanding Economic Student of the Year and was also Director of Student Activities for USF.
In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her Husband and two year old son, Evan. Their current favorite place to go is Disney World. Jill also enjoys going to exercise and music Mommy & Me classes with her son.
